About the Role
* The role is heavily focused on relationship management with no cold outreach needed
* You will manage a blend of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound calls to warm leads to generate business
* Dealing with business owners to help them achieve their funding goals
* Closely and proactively working with your team to ensure maximum client satisfaction
* Maintaining a clean and accurate database of active applications and keeping an open line of communication with key decision makers
* Generating consistent revenue for the business
About the Candidate
* Someone who is passionate about working in a fast paced environment and has a hunger to be successful
* Fantastic communication skills
* Strong desire to progress and potentially lead a team within the company
* Ability to be able to work towards weekly and monthly targets
* No experience is necessary although a financial background (degree or work exp) is favourable
