Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join our HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programmes, with a strong focus on NEST pensions, flexible benefits, and private medical insurance.
This is a key role within the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of compensation and benefits services across the organisation while maintaining compliance with all relevant UK legislation.
Please note: A current qualification from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) is an absolute requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and develop the company’s NEST pension scheme, including enrolment, employee communications, and compliance with auto-enrolment regulations.
2. Manage and enhance flexible benefits programmes, ensuring offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
3. Administer private medical insurance including new joiners, leavers, renewals, and ongoing scheme communications.
