We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated ASB Officer to join a reputable Housing Association in Birmingham. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you'll work collaboratively to ensure safe, thriving communities while addressing ASB and supporting tenants.
Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer:

Take a proactive approach to managing and investigating cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), ensuring prompt and appropriate action is taken.
Work closely with residents, the police, and partner agencies to resolve incidents of ASB and mitigate future issues.
Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and maintain accurate records in line with legal and housing policies.
Support the enforcement of tenancy agreements in relation to ASB, including issuing warnings, conducting home visits, and initiating legal action when required.
Ensure that all cases are documented and systems are kept up to date, in compliance with housing and safeguarding standards.What We'd Love to See from You:

Proven experience in ASB management, including investigating and resolving incidents of anti-social behaviour.
A strong working knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and best practices in tackling ASB.
Experience using Northgate SUSTE (or similar housing management systems) to document cases, track incidents, and generate reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to manage a varied caseload, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and professionally.This ASB Officer role has the following benefits:
