Location: Crawley
Hours of work: Mon – Thur: 8.45am – 4.55pm, Fri: 8.45am – 4.25pm
Salary: £27k - £30k, negotiable depending on experience, plus company benefits.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience in working with various project stakeholders, in a subcontract setting, with trade related subcontractors.
* Good understanding and knowledge of reading and interpreting design & construction drawings, and terminology.
* To ensure the team apply standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and processes.
* Advance or Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
* Target & deadline driven, with excellent forecasting & planning and co-ordination skills
* Excellent communication skills, at various levels within the organisation and with client stakeholders.
* Excellent skills to work & effectively lead and drive the Team (Project Administrator).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with innovative and transparent thinking.
* To be able to make quick decisions under-pressure.
* To be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & undertake critical thinking
* Good Knowledge or Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Planner and Calendar Bookings.
Desirable:
* Knowledge or Awareness of Project Site Development Operations, Building Regulations, Health & Safety, Commercial & Technical Acumen will be of benefit.
* Knowledge or Awareness Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics would be of benefit.
* Knowledge or Awareness of Construction related contracts, subcontracts and Key Performance Indicators would be of benefit.

Job Profile:
As the Lead Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly with the assistance of a Project Administrator. It's important to plan, track, and forecast using the Project Tracker and Target Revenue, prepare necessary paperwork, and attend pre-start meetings with the Project Manager. You will verify drawings, parts lists, and financial sheets, and provide subcontractors with all relevant documents for installation.
You'll coordinate material orders and acknowledge client POs, ensuring all necessary documents like RAMS are ready as well as set up project folders in platforms like SharePoint and issue relevant cost and variation orders.
You will work closely with site teams to manage material deliveries, maintain quality control, and resolve design or installation issues.
You'll ensure timely completion and submission of project documentation, process invoices, and assist in preparing monthly forecasts and payment applications. Track project variations and monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs, providing quarterly reports. Stay flexible to support any additional duties as required.
