Leadership Compensation Package:
* £12.95 per hour - Derbyshire's top rate for senior carers
* Fixed Shifts on rotation
* Mileage allowance - 0.25p per mile
* Bank Holiday premium - £19.43 per hour
* Christmas premium - £25.90 per hour
* Management development budget and training
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor junior care staff
* Conduct supervisory visits and quality assurance
* Support staff development and training
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management
* Cover on-call responsibilities as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years of senior care experience
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making
* Excellent communication with families and professionals
* Problem-solving abilities and initiative
* Management potential and ambition
* Level 3 qualification is preferred
* Supervisory/team leader experience
* Outstanding care standards and knowledge
