Full Time - 30 Hours

We are recruiting a driven and dynamic Decontamination Manager for Duchy Hospital in Truro.
The role:
Lead the delivery of the Decontamination service at Duchy Hospital, Cornwall. This is a strategic leadership role within Ramsay Health Care.
Responsibilities:
* Manage ISO 13485 standard decontamination service for reusable medical devices.
* Ensure operational performance of the decontamination service.
* Work within budget to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Operate as an autonomous practitioner across all areas.
* Provide leadership and direction to the team.
* Support staff wellbeing and development through appraisals.
Requirements:
* Extensive management experience in decontamination.
* Recognised decontamination qualification (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to implement positive change.
* Flexible approach to changing needs.
* Management certificate or equivalent (advantage).
