Position: Night Receptionist (Part‑time, 32 hours per week).
Responsibilities
* Provide night‑hour reception services for guests and contribute to an exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out and completion of audits.
* Keep the Night Manager and Night Reception Supervisors fully aware of relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
* Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
* Attend required training courses and assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts.
* Possess knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions and general product knowledge necessary for daily duties.
* Maximise room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
* Use correct procedures for accepting foreign currency, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
Qualifications
* Previous customer‑focused industry experience.
* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
* Excellent grooming standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Competent IT proficiency.
* Flexibility to work night shifts.
