Join Innovative Trials and Help Us Redefine the Patient Journey!

Are you ready to be a hero in clinical research?

At Innovative Trials, we're not just leading the way in patient recruitment solutions —we're revolutionising the entire patient journey. As an award-winning leader in patient recruitment, we’ve built our success on a simple, powerful belief: our people are everything. We call them our heroes, and without their passion, drive, and unwavering commitment, we wouldn't be where we are today.

We're growing again, and we're on the hunt for a new hero to join our team as a Patient Recruitment Associate. This isn't just another job; it's a chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and the future of healthcare.

The Role: Patient Recruitment Associate, Site Operations

As a Patient Recruitment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting our global contractors to ensure our patient recruitment and retention programs run smoothly and successfully.

This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data. You’ll spend significant time managing and analysing large datasets, spotting trends, and presenting your findings to our contractors and clients. Your ability to turn data into a clear story will be crucial.

What you'll do:

* Support Study Start-Up: You'll help kick off new studies by leading onboarding training for our CEMs, preparing for client meetings, and developing key study documents.

* Manage Day-to-Day Projects: From leading internal team meetings and contributing to client discussions to maintaining study trackers and analysing data, you'll ensure every project stays on course.

* Ensure Quality: You'll review call reports, lead team meetings to share best practices, and ensure the highest quality of work is delivered, providing motivation and support along the way.

* Close Out Studies: When a study is complete, you'll help prepare final reports and analyse the data to assess the overall impact, contributing to lessons learned and future recommendations.

This role is based at least 4 days per week from our offices in Letchworth.

Requirements

We're Looking For Someone With:

* A degree or higher in a biological or related science, or relevant experience.

* Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.

* The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications is a bonus, but not essential.

Ready to become a hero? If you're passionate, driven, and eager to contribute to a team that's changing the face of clinical research, we want to hear from you.
