Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Investment and Finance team in London.
The role will require you to individually network with both clients and professionals within the green investment space across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively headhunting candidates, reviewing applications, and creating candidate shortlists for clients ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit
2. Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining professional relationships with existing clients
3. Advising clients on hiring solutions and negotiating terms of business
