About the Role: As part of the firm’s top-tier Antitrust team, you will advise on a diverse range of complex and high-profile matters, including: Merger control filings and clearances before the CMA, EC, and other global regulators. Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, including multi-jurisdictional enforcement actions. Competition litigation, including private damages claims and regulatory appeals. Advising on antitrust compliance and risk assessments for major corporate clients. What We're Looking For: 2-4 years PQE with experience in antitrust/competition law at a top-tier law firm or competition authority. Strong academic credentials from a leading university. Exceptional analytical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex competition matters. Exposure to multi-jurisdictional merger filings and regulatory investigations is highly desirable.
