Maintenance Technician
Location: Stockport
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

We are recruiting a hardworking and experienced Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance across the asset.
Responsibilities:
Reactive and proactive maintenance tasks as directed by the development General Manager
Minor joinery, plumbing, maintenance works and painting.
Planned maintenance tasks including testing of systems and recording all tests
Maintaining cleaning standards on-site
Ensuring health and safety on-site including removing trip hazards and reporting all faults.
Furniture rotation, assembly and tracking.
Basic grounds maintenance, including taking care of planters and hard and soft landscaping.
Preparing apartments during the resident move in/out process.
Submitting material and supply requests to the General Manager
Consistently delivering the highest standards of customer service to residents and visitors.
Requirements:
A multi skilled tradesperson with experience in painting and decorating, joinery, minor plumbing and general maintenance.
Have knowledge of hazard awareness and fire safety.
Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
A strong team player who is happy to assist others to achieve a team goal.
Able to work on own initiative and take responsibility for finding solutions.
Proactive and dynamic, taking ownership of all core duties.
Able to deliver multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
Well organised, ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
Package:
In addition to a basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, the client also offers a range of benefits.
