On offer is a24hour working week which can be split over four or five days andis paying up to 18000 a year ( 14.42 an hour). This role comes with23 days holiday full initial and ongoing training as well as theopportunity to develop your career within a wellestablished andfastgrowing company.
As the ProductionTeam member you will be planning for project managing manufacturingand assembling their extensive range of windowblinds.
This willinclude:
* Cuttingmetal and fabrics to correct size drilling fabrics punching metalsand assembling components into finishedblinds.
* Assistingin the ordering of fabrics andcomponents.
* Checkingand maintaining stocklevels.
* Generaladmin duties preparing and organising worksheetsetc.
* Asrequired raising any quality issues or warranty cases withsuppliers.
* Supportingthe front of house team during busy periods by answering phonesetc.
* Workingwith the wider team to ensure an efficient and seamless service forclients.
Requirements
Whatyou will need as a starting pointis:
* BasicDIYskills.
* Goodcommunicationskills.
* Experienceof using hand and powertools.
* Confidenceto use a chop saw for prolongedperiods.
* Agood understanding of metric and imperial measurements and theability to work withboth.
* Excellentattention to detail and organisational skills with the ability touse your own initiative work as part of a team possess a candoattitude as well as being a practical and methodical person whoenjoys concentrating on routinetasks.
