MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location – Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary – £45,600 – £48,000 (including shift allowance) Shift – Rotating shift pattern (Days & Nights)Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a world-leading automotive seating manufacturer supplying major brands including BMW, Mini, and Vauxhall.Working within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where a seat is produced every 60 seconds, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (80%) and reactive breakdown support (20%) to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.This is a critical role where rapid response to breakdowns is essential due to the high cost of downtime.
