The Role
The Clinical Psychology and Psychological Therapy teams deliver NHS England funded training programmes in partnership with local NHS Trusts/NHS-commissioned services. In the role of Course Administrator, you will join a large team to support the school's academic staff and work closely with the Curriculum Lead, Course Directors and other colleagues in the Management Support Team who support our health provision. You will work alongside various teams to deliver a high-quality training experience in line with national curricula and professional body requirements.
You will provide administrative support to the teams across the curriculum area, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Tasks include scheduling meetings and minute taking, booking rooms for student teaching and assessments. You will also support the recruitment, enrolment and induction of trainees and monitor attendance and leave requests once enrolled. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues at the University of Warwick, professional accrediting bodies, and local NHS Trusts will be essential to the role.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the curriculum area with confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
* Schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange rooms for teaching and assessments.
* Support recruitment, enrolment and induction of trainees; monitor attendance and leave requests.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., University of Warwick, accrediting bodies, NHS Trusts).

* Experience in an administrative role within a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to relate to people at all levels with courtesy and professionalism.
* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with large databases.
* Flexible, with the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
