This transformation requires an experienced and product-focused Director of Engineering & Product to lead a growing team through this next chapter. The platform supports complex financial workflows for a broad client base, with ambitions to expand functionality, scalability, and market reach significantly over the next 1218 months. The Role Youll oversee a multidisciplinary department of 25 professionals across engineering, product management, and technical delivery. With direct responsibility for both platform architecture and product evolution, youll shape the engineering roadmap while ensuring tight alignment with commercial and customer priorities.
