Facilities assistant - Cleaning - Part Time Term Time Only - 17.5hrs per week
Overview
We’re Liverpool Guild of Students, the Students Union for the University of Liverpool, and its our job to make sure all students get the most out of University life beyond their degree. We aim to improve, develop and enrich the lives of all of our students from application to graduation by providing opportunities where students can join societies, volunteer, vote in elections, enjoy events, shop, get advice, and more. We are looking to recruit Cleaners to our Facilities team to ensure the Guild is fit for purpose. The team member will ensure high standards are met for our Student Union facilities, keeping the working environment clean and safe for staff, students, and members of the public.
Key details
* Job title: Facilities Assistant - Cleaners - part time
* Responsible to: Cleaning Supervisor
* Working pattern: Mon – Fri 06:30 – 10:15; Sat – Sun 06:30 – 10:15; and weekend days as required by the rota. The role requires availability on both weekend days with the other two days determined by the rota.
* Salary: £22,995 per annum pro rata
Role and responsibilities
The successful candidates will join the Facilities team to ensure high standards of cleanliness in Guild facilities. The role is focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff, students, and members of the public.
Requirements
The successful candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends when needed and be available during the following times 6:30am Mon-Fri, 7am Saturday & 8am Sunday.
