You will lead and nurture a team of 8 field sales executives, developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and whilst your career will reflect a solid background in business development, this will be backed up by a solid sales support and account management function, allowing you to take the service offering confidently to market. A proven track record of B2B within the hospitality sector is essential, and if this has been developed selling into hotel chains, even better! In addition to excellent communication, rapport building, organisational and presentation skills, what will really make you stand out is your passion, resilience, results oriented, self-starting approach.
