At Prospero Teaching, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nursery Support Worker to join our growing team and provide 1:1 support for a 4 (nearly 5) year‑old boy in a nursery setting in Verwood starting this January.

* Support a young learner in a nurturing and engaging environment.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to the child's needs.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to help them thrive.

About You
* Compassionate, caring, and innovative.
* Strong understanding of early years development.
* Organised, dependable, and creative.
* Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK schools or nurseries.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced child‑barred list DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Up‑to‑date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to undertake).
