A day in the life.
As a Recruiting Associate on the HR team, you’ll work alongside our Recruiter and HR team members to help support recruiting efforts by sourcing for candidates, assisting with coordination of the interview process, completing administrative tasks in our Applicant Tracking Systems and other ad hoc recruiting and HR tasks to help drive efficient and organized recruitment and HR processes.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
1. Assist with sourcing candidates by reviewing applicants in Workday and Phenom to identify potential fits for open roles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, post approved roles, share qualified candidate profiles and facilitate the interview process.
3. Decline candidates who do not meet the role requirements, ensuring timely and professional communication.
4. Support the posting of new job openings in Workday, ensuring accurate and complete job descriptions.
5. Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to contract workers, including onboarding/offboarding
6. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth interview process.
7. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases to ensure data accuracy.
8. Provide support with ad hoc recruiting and HR responsibilities as needed, including reporting and process improvements.
9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and professional communication.
10. Assist with other recruiting-related tasks to support the overall talent acquisition strategy.
