Senior Maintenance Surveyor Covering the Midlands and South West £51,191 - £53,885 per year plus Company car or car allowance 40 hours per week We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Surveyor to lead our maintenance surveying team across the Midlands and South West region. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of managing a team, in depth surveying knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting and developing others. The role of Senior Maintenance Surveyor will include: Line manage a team of maintenance surveyors, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback Ensure the timely and accurate completion of surveys within the region Monitor and maintain quality standards across the team Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Report to the Regional Operations Manager on team performance and identify areas for improvement Contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategies Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying or currently undertaking the qualification.
