Key Facts

* Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
* Reporting to: Sales Director
* Role Highlight: Full ownership of a €50m+ Amazon Germany Home business


This is a high-impact opportunity within a globally recognised consumer portfolio operating across multiple Home & Personal Care categories. The Senior Amazon Account Manager will own the Amazon Germany Home division end-to-end, accountable for delivering annual sales and profit targets by brand.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position with real accountability, senior exposure, and direct ownership of the Amazon vendor relationship.


The Opportunity

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Amazon Germany Home P&L, leading strategy, negotiations, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

You will manage the day-to-day vendor relationship, lead annual terms negotiations, and develop structured joint business plans focused on sustainable growth and profitability. This role sits directly under a senior Amazon leader, offering strong exposure to strategic thinking while remaining close to execution and data.

Performance is visible, expectations are high, and delivery is recognised.


The Senior Amazon Account Manager – Germany will:

* Own and deliver annual sales and profit targets across Amazon Germany Home categories
* Lead the senior Amazon vendor relationship and annual negotiations
* Build and execute joint business plans aligned to commercial and brand strategy
* Shape promotional and pricing strategy in partnership with Finance and Trade Marketing
* Provide direction to content and performance teams to improve conversion and visibility
* Drive keyword optimisation, A/B testing and continuous content improvement
* Own catalogue accuracy and data integrity across Amazon systems
* Partner with forecasting and supply chain teams to maximise availability and manage stock risk
* Lead performance reporting and analysis, identifying trends and turning insight into action
* Act as a key internal voice for the Amazon Germany channel


Essential Skills & Experience:

* Strong Amazon Experience managing a large-scale 1P Amazon business
* Demonstrable ownership of £8figure+ annual Amazon revenue
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience influencing P&L performance
* Proven track record delivering results in high-volume, high-complexity environments
* Advanced Excel and analytical capability; BI tool experience essential (CIQ advantageous)
* Confident influencing cross-functional stakeholders
* Ownership mindset with a bias for action and solutions
