We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Area Training Manager or Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing business in the home appliance sector. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging product training and sales support to retail and trade partners across your region.
* Act as a trusted business partner, helping customers maximise product knowledge and sales performance.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, supporting them with tailored training and insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Business Development Managers to align on goals and share best practices.
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a “best in class” experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and training.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
* IT literate and comfortable using modern software tools to support training and reporting.
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence (clean, with no pending convictions).
