Trade Counter Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales, and hands-on warehouse duties.

The Role
This is a well-rounded, fast-paced position where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service face-to-face, via phone, and email
* Supporting sales activity and ensuring customers receive a high level of service
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders within the warehouse
* General trade counter support and administration
* Using Microsoft systems for day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience in sales or customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to write clear and professional emails
* Comfortable using Excel and basic IT systems
* A hands-on approach with willingness to support across departments
Salary & Hours
* £12.82 per hour
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am - 4:30pm
* 1 hour unpaid break
