Experience and Qualifications
* Degree in Music or a closely related field
* QTS or PGCE (Independent sector experience also considered)
* Strong musicianship and confident classroom delivery
* Ability to contribute to ensemble direction or instrumental coaching is highly desirable

Salary is paid to scale on the Independent Pay Structure, reflective of experience.
