The package for this role is up to £46k ( Package ) Inclusive of basic salary, tronc, gratuities and overtime.
About the Role
As a General Manager, you will:
* Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Manage budgets, deliver KPIs, meet and exceed NPS targets
* Demonstrate and be a role model of our incredible Rockfish culture
* Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
