Overview
We’re looking for an Assistant Technology Manager 💻 to provide regional SME-level IT support to hotels. This role is key to keeping hotel operations running smoothly, ensuring zero service outages and fast incident resolution.
What You’ll Do
* 🛠️ Be the technical escalation point for hotel IT incidents
* ⚡ Resolve escalations quickly and efficiently
* 🌐 Collaborate with regional and global teams for 24/7 support
* 🚨 Lead Major Incident Management when required
* 🔧 Own technical faults end-to-end, working with vendors and internal teams
* 📋 Contribute to technology projects and adopt IT standards
What We’re Looking For
* 💻 Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications
* 🏨 5+ years in technical support (hospitality experience preferred)
* 📌 3+ years in an ITIL-based environment
* 🛠️ SME-level skills in at least 3 areas: networking, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, data centre ops, security, email/internet, IP & voice systems
* 📊 Experience with Service Management tools, reporting, and Active Directory
