Client Servicing Administrator

Location: Edinburgh (EH10)

Salary: Up to £29,000 (DoE) + Bonus + Benefits + Excellent career development opportunities

Are you an enthusiastic Client Servicing Administrator who could fulfil a vital support function within a busy Financial Services and Wealth Management office?

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Partner Practice of St. Jamess Place Plc. The company won a Small Business of the Year award in 2022 and provides bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of clients, individuals, high net worth individuals, families and businesses.

The Role: Client Servicing Administrator
You will be part of the practice support team of 5, liaising with clients, providers, third parties, dealing with new business enquiries, and supporting 4 advisors
You will be preparing regulatory paperwork for advisers to take to client meetings and completing post meeting actions for our clients
Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of communication with the team around you
Submitting new business and fund transfers using bespoke software
Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes
The Person: Client Servicing Administrator

To be considered as a Client Servicing Administrator you will need:
Preferably 2 years + experience in a client servicing support role within a Financial Services environment. Ideally within another SJP Practice
Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
Good time management and planning skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion
