Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded
Business Development Manager
(Part-Time) to help us identify new market opportunities and create pathways for our products and services.

The role is focused on research, prospecting, and opening doors rather than long-term account management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on strategy and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and analyse potential markets, industries, and customer segments for product fit.
* Identify, qualify, and target prospects that align with the company's growth objectives.
* Develop outreach strategies (email, calls, events, online platforms) to generate leads and opportunities.
* Present and position the product effectively to decision-makers.
* Build a pipeline of opportunities and hand off qualified leads to the sales/operations team for closing.
* Track outreach activities, conversion rates, and provide feedback on market response.
* Continuously scan the market for new trends, competitor activity, and emerging openings.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
* Strong research and prospecting skills.
* Ability to quickly understand a product and communicate its value in different contexts.
* Results-oriented, with a focus on generating measurable opportunities.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
