Care and Support - Pottersway House Care Home is a brand‑new luxury care home located in Church Lawton, near Alsager, offering a supportive environment for staff to grow and develop. The role is full‑time or part‑time, with days and nights available, and requires 24–48 hours per week at £12.21 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Support residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, mobility and mealtimes, promoting independence and dignity.
* Provide a friendly presence, reassuring voice, and ensure residents feel safe, valued, and at home.
* Work closely with colleagues to create a warm, safe, and joyful environment where people feel truly cared for.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for helping others and a willingness to learn, even if you have no previous care experience.
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but if you don't have it we’ll help you work towards it.
