We are currently supporting an FMCG, multi-site organisation who are looking to recruit a Transport and Planning Manager to join them at their site in the Lancashire area. The role has responsibility for day-to-day management of their transport operations, with an emphasis on planning. The ideal candidate will come from a food/FMCG/high volume transport operation, with experience of managing and motivating teams. Ideally, you'll also possess a CPC & O-license qualifications although this isn't a pre-requisite. The role offers a high level of ownership for the distribution process strategy on site along with budget responsibility.
