Description ADI Snap One now have the opportunity for a Partner Support Specialist to join our team in Chadderton, Oldham working Monday to Friday within a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home). As a Partner Support Specialist you will be responsible for supporting our Snap One colleagues by providing world class customer service and support to new and existing customers based in the UK and Europe This role will suit an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. You will perform calm under pressure while meeting customers’ needs, have an eye for details and excellent follow up. Key Responsibilities Handling sales orders/ returns for our UK and European customers online and via email. Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution. Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts. Other duties include new partner account processing. Special projects as assigned by manager YOU MUST HAVE Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment. Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms. Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills. WE VALUE Previous internal sales or customer service experience working in an electronics or consumer goods environment Experience working within ERP systems, i.e., SAP, Salesforce. Experience of export processes including application for CoO and supporting documentation.
