Mudrak & Sons is a supplier of design led flooring materials to commercial and residential projects. We collaborate with some of the UK's leading architects and designers to create beautiful designs using our carefully sourced ranges. The Role

This role is Monday – Friday based.

You will be based from our HQ in Chippenham, but likely on the road meeting clients and prospects 2-3 days per week.

What will I be doing?

* You will be given a list of accounts to nurture, as well as expected to grow the network of architects / interior designers / contractors across your regional area.
* Presenting new and existing ranges to your network both professionally and enthusiastically to maximise sales.
* If required, provide technical on-site support to your network.
* Maintain and update CRM system with opportunities, meetings and presentations.
* Sales driven through both meetings on the road as well as in the Wiltshire HQ
* Be the point of contact within the showroom.
* Monthly trips with sales director / quarterly meetings with management team to discuss progress.
* You will continually review the product range and market to target new business opportunities and feedback any trends to the management team.
* You will ensure your existing customer base is retained through regular contact and developing business plans.
* Monitor and evaluate competitors activity within the market, to help develop sales strategies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction sector
* Self-motivated with a proven ability to develop business opportunities and launch new initiatives.
* Holds a valid UK driving licence with no points or penalties.
* Based in South / South-West England (ideally near Bath / Chippenham)

The ideal candidate:

* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with technical product sales is highly desirable.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Proficient in using a CRM system to track and manage sales pipeline
