The Brief
Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary & Package: £80,000 - £120,000 + Double OTE + Uncapped comms
Job Summary
* Owning the full deal cycle from sourcing to close across GP practices, PCNs, ICS deals.
* Working with Product, CS, and Ops to drive strategic account expansion and upsells.
* Already have 400+ GP practices as customers, expanding rapidly into PCNs and ICSs.
* High product love: minimal churn, strong customer NPS.
* Certified by NHS Digital, ISO 27001 certified.
* ACVs of £40–50k, 15–45 day average sales cycle.
* Enterprise motion launching now: £1M+ ICB deals expected Q3-4
* Lowest attainment last quarter was 97%, top performers exceed 150%.
Experienced Required
* 4–10+ years experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex or high-stakes products.
* Consistently hits quotas of $1M+ in SMB or multi-millions in enterprise.
* Strong command of both strategic deal thinking and daily executional discipline.
* Mission-aligned and energized by healthcare transformation.
