🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of professional skincare ranges into clinics, medispas, and skin clinics across the Midlands and UKI region.
* Build strong, consultative relationships with dermatologists, aestheticians, and clinic owners.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities into loyal, long-term accounts.
* Partner with marketing and education teams to support product launches, events, and in-clinic training.
* Consistently exceed sales targets, supported by a 100% OTE bonus structure.
* Contribute to regional sales strategy and lay the foundation for future team growth.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven skincare sales experience, ideally within aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmeceuticals.
* A driven, self-motivated salesperson with a track record of winning new business.
* Strong knowledge of the professional skincare or aesthetics market in the UK/Ireland.
* Excellent communication, commercial insight, and presentation skills.
* Passion for skincare innovation and products that deliver real results.
