Key Responsibilities: Maintain the company’s purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Reconcile supplier accounts to statements and process timely payments. Ensure all financial documents are processed accurately, fully, and on time. Liaise effectively with internal management and external suppliers to resolve queries. Assist with the month-end close of the purchase ledger. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
