Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with Legal Assistants' responsibilities
* Effective Clerical Skills and experience in organizing and handling administrative tasks
* Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling tasks to support efficient workflow
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
* Proficiency in relevant office software and case management systems
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretary role is preferred
