RE:SURE is a fast-growing, innovative remote security services provider, with a primary focus on Remote CCTV Monitoring.
Role Purpose
This role is centred on the management of all hardware and stock. This includes the entire lifecycle from procurement to deployment and maintenance. By ensuring we have the right equipment, the role directly drives operational efficiency and enables technological advancement. Additional responsibilities include managing technology projects and implementing innovative solutions to keep RE:SURE at the forefront of the industry.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Excellence:
* Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and dispatch of hardware for new installations, upgrades, and replacements.
* Develop and implement efficient processes for the recovery of hardware from customer sites.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Technology Strategy & Roadmap:
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting technology within the security sector.
Innovation & Implementation:
* Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions within the Alarm Receiving Centre.
* Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to integrate new systems and solutions seamlessly.
* Oversee testing and quality assurance of new technologies to ensure reliability and performance.
* Present findings and recommendations to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
* Experience in project management, technology implementation, and process improvement.
* Experience with inventory management systems and logistics.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Desirable:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Strong understanding of alarm monitoring systems, security technologies, and communication protocols.
* Proven experience in a technology role within the security industry or a related field.
* Industry certifications relevant to security technologies and alarm monitoring.
* Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
