Overview
Pegasus Group seeks experienced Landscape Planners, from Senior to Associate level, to join the Environment team in Cirencester. We operate across the UK delivering sustainable development services.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Landscape Appraisals, LVIA’s, TVIA’s, greenbelt and greybelt assessments as part of workstreams.
* Collaborate with project teams, liaise with barristers for planning appeals as needed.
* Apply strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles and sustainable design.
* Manage projects with strong organisational and communication skills, work both collaboratively and independently.
Qualifications and Experience
* A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
* Chartered Member of Landscape Institute
* Proven experience in LVIA, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies
* Experience in energy and residential sectors
* Strong technical report writing and project management abilities
* Proactive, strategic, analytical approach; strong commercial acumen
