Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Responsibilities
1. Ensure the home is kept clean, hygienic, and comfortable for residents and staff.
2. Manage cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties diligently.
3. Communicate effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues.
4. Recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
5. Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a housekeeping role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to listen attentively and give clear instructions.
