Project Implementation and Training Support

An exciting opportunity within our Project Implementation and Training Team to support coordination and delivery of digital training across the local health community. This role suits someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for digital transformation in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivery of training sessions: virtual, classroom courses, 1:1 tutor‑led sessions, small‑group training, demonstrations, and occasional sessions for groups of 20+ staff.
* Act as first point of contact for training enquiries via telephone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
* Use calendars and booking tools to schedule sessions, organise meetings, and communicate training requirements to staff and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of staff training and attendance.

Person Specification
Knowledge Requirements
* Good working knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications
* Knowledge of the internet and e‑mail
* Effective written and oral communication skills to deliver complex and sensitive information when working with staff groups from different disciplines and of varying sizes
* Good analytical skills and ability to assess options and solve problems
* MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel experience
* Ability to manage own time effectively, plan and organise tasks and activities to meet the needs of the training and implementation service
* Ability to assess priority and adjust plans accordingly to meet the needs of the service and customers
* Use effective planning and organisation skills to work under pressure and meet service and customer‑led deadlines
* Self‑motivated, innovative, flexible, and adaptable
* Team player
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
* ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
* RSA II in typing or equivalent
* Customer Service Course
* Education and Training Level 3 Award
Experience
* Experience working as part of a customer‑focused team
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience working in a busy office environment
* Experience using computer‑based systems in the NHS
Requirements
* Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
* Ability to travel between NHS bases in Nottinghamshire
