The OpportunityAn established logistics business is seeking a General Manager to lead its Midlands-based site. This isn't just about running an efficient warehouse and transport operation-it's about setting the tone for a high-performing, engaged team, while driving process improvement, customer focus, and strategic alignment with company goals.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading all site operations across warehousing, transport, and fulfilment services.
* Creating and delivering a clear operational plan aligned with broader business strategy.
* Owning site performance, budget, KPIs, and people development.
* Driving continuous improvement across processes, people, and systems.
* Building strong, solution-driven relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
* Championing a culture of accountability, positivity, and proactive leadership.
