The rate is £231.22 per day PAYE.

The successful candidate will manage complaints received as legal claims (Housing Condition Claims) in partnership with legal services. Ensure all legal claims within Repairs and Maintenance are investigated and completed with minimal litigation, addressing tenants' expectations regarding property conditions.
Responsibilities include conducting inspections, coordinating repairs, monitoring work of trade teams and contractors from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work, clear communication with tenants, providing detailed reports, achieving high customer satisfaction within budget, and delivering cost-effective, value-for-money services.
