We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a fixed term basis. As a Client Onboarding Specialist you will guide new and existing clients through the onboarding process for allpay’s core and regulated services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful client journey while gaining valuable experience across different projects. Within this role you will: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for existing clients, ensuring a seamless transition from quote acceptance to go live. Liaise & work alongside the Sales Operation Lead for new clients Manage multiple onboarding projects & stakeholders, balancing priorities and timelines effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the onboarding journey. Develop technical knowledge of allpay’s products and services to support client needs confidently. Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system to track progress and ensure visibility for reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. About You What are we looking for you to have: A client-focused mindset with an approachable nature with a passion for delivering great client experiences. Demonstrate high integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive client data and managing key configuration stages. Are proactive and solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot and use initiative to resolve client queries. Be curious about improving processes, systems and enhancing the client journey. Someone who is agile and works collaboratively with various stakeholders. Excel in communication and project planning, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations About Us Why Join Us?
