An exciting opportunity has arisen within Radiology NHS Fife.
We are looking to appoint two Radiography Assistants to join our existing friendly team on a full‑time and part‑time basis. Radiology NHS Fife provides radiography services to the local population across five sites.
The department provides a seven‑day service, and successful candidates will work in different modalities, including ultrasound, CT, breast service, and the general department.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical support for radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and mammographers, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients undergoing radiology procedures.
* Work flexible hours, including extended days and weekends, and assist with public holiday rota.
* Perform cannulation and vital signs measurement as required.
* Travel and work efficiently across various NHS Fife sites to meet service requirements.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a radiology department.
* Knowledge of the Radiology Information System is advantageous but training will be provided.
* Team‑player attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability to acute service demands.
* Legal entitlement to work in the United Kingdom.
