Are you a passionate and adaptable Specialist Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant looking for flexible or long-term work?About the RoleYou will have the opportunity to support children with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You'll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning and thrive in a safe, inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and group support tailored to individual learning needs
* Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and behaviour support plans
* Adapt resources and activities to suit different learning styles
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or care setting)
* A flexible, proactive, and compassionate approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) are a plus
