The Role
We have recently implemented a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that will help the business streamline Operations and Finance processes and make smarter decisions as a result. As Finance Transformation Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding and maximising the new ERP system across the Finance function. This is a short yet high‑impact project role, perfect for a qualified Chartered Accountant who’s confident leading implementation and change in dynamic settings.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end embedding of our new ERP system within finance workflows: from data integration and configuration to user training and change adoption.
* Identify areas of improvement and design streamlined processes that align with best practices.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, outsourced IT, and Operations teams to ensure the ERP is fully adopted and delivering value.
* Act as ERP champion—resolving issues, providing guidance, and ensuring consistency in usage.
* Track progress and measure success through clear KPIs and milestones.
* Provide handover documentation and train internal stakeholders to sustain ongoing system governance and usage.
Qualifications & Profile
* A qualified Chartered Accountant
* Solid experience in finance transformation or ERP implementation projects in fast-moving environments.
* Are a self-starter who spots what needs to happen and makes it happen—without being asked.
* Have a strong grasp of business processes, data flows, and system configuration.
* Are agile and comfortable navigating change, keeping teams aligned and motivated.
* Possess excellent communication skills—able to breakdown technical complexity and guide diverse stakeholders.
