What is the job role?
The role is for a full-time attendance officer working in partnership with the pastoral team and the senior leaders of the school.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will need to:
5. Have a good understanding of mentoring relationships with disadvantaged pupils
6. Have knowledge and understanding of safeguarding in relation to the education sector
7. Have a proven track record of working with vulnerable young people/children
8. Have experience of maintaining accurate data in an MIS – ideally Bromcom, but training will be given
9. Have experience working effectively with a variety of agencies to support families
10. Have experience in partnership working and have the skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
11. Have excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and be able to analyse data to provide accurate reports to stakeholders
12. Be able to build professional relationships and boundaries with parents/carers effectively
