Role responsibilities
The Business Connectivity and Services Sales Manager will be responsible for qualifying and closing sales in key areas within South Wales and the Core Valleys. This is a quota carrying role with significant scope to exceed.
• Proactively generate new business connectivity and services opportunities predominantly through Field sales activity, supplemented with occasional outbound telesales and email outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of SME and mid-market business customers.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and propose tailored connectivity and business solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Who we’re looking for
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a Telecoms business environment.
• Experience in business development or field sales in Wales and the borders, preferably in SME or mid-market segments.
• Telecoms and connected solutions background preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
