We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly, dedicated team in Cannock, South Staffordshire and contribute towards the seamless process of the site's clinical studies.
The focus of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support, to enable the smooth running of the MAC Clinical Research team activities.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* At least 2 years previous administration and reception experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload
* Microsoft Office proficient – Excel, Word and Outlook
* Previous experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting (GP Practice, Pharmacy, NHS or similar)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Arranging appointments
* Reporting project statistics
* Incoming and outgoing call handling
* Data entry
* Document management
* Data quality and accuracy
* Medical record retrieval from GP practices
* Study subject and customer care
* Ensure clean, tidy area with professional demeanour ensure a positive image of MAC
* Assist with travel arrangements for study subjects
* Confidentiality/GDPR awareness
* Commercial awareness
* Compliance with policies and legislation
* Willingness to help colleagues where and when required to ensure smooth running of site and and clinical trials
