Dispatch Operative – Livingston (2 Sites Available)

We are working with a well-established client in Livingston who is looking to add an experienced Dispatch Operative to their team. This role will be based at one of their two Livingston sites, offering long-term stability and development opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising and preparing goods for dispatch in line with customer orders.
Loading/unloading deliveries using a forklift (valid licence preferred).
Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch records are accurate and up to date.
Working closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with company procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role.
Valid forklift licence (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work at either of the client’s Livingston sites as required.
